• 4 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp unrefined sea salt


  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and vanilla ingredients.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until there are no clumps
  4. Heat ghee or coconut oil over medium heat cast iron skillet.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side, then flip.
