- ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. milk (I use 2% cow’s milk, you can use soymilk, almond milk, or whatever you prefer)
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- ½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 tsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
- ¾ cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
