Crab Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 pound cooked crabmeat picked through for shells
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped finely
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and spoon into baking dish before baking for 25-30 minutes.
