Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 30+ seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. If smoothie is too thick, add almond milk a splash at a time and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  3. If smoothie is too thin, add a little more ice and blend again.
