- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 Medjool dates, soaked and pitted
- 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness, if needed.
- Serve or store for later.
